House Prices continue to rise across Yorkshire…
You’ve probably heard some gloomy news about falling house prices in the national media. But there’s absolutely no cause for concern here in Yorkshire, because the region’s house prices have continued to rise – bucking the national trend. In the first quarter of 2017, they have risen by at least 1% in York, Leeds, Doncaster, Sheffield, Selby, Wetherby and Easingwold – which means an average increase of £3,330 per home.
